Carrie Underwood's 'Undo It' is GOP's musical inspiration for 112th Congress. What should the Dems pick?

Via washingtonpost.com...

It's a recognized law of nature that nothing goes better with a good breakup than a sad country song; incidentally, this rule may now apply to a gridlocked 112th Congress.

You stole my happy
You made my cry
Took the lonely and took me for a ride
And I wanna Uh-uh-uh-uh-uh undo it

Republicans have transformed country singer Carrie Underwood's song "Undo It" from ballad to battle cry in an attempt to repeal the health-care law and other initiatives spearheaded by Democrats.

Following their unraveling theme, the GOP will also launch congressional investigations into a wide range of issues, including corruption in Afghanistan and Washington's regulation of private industries.

It looks like the nine new House Democrats -- for the time being calling themselves "the Mighty Nine" -- will need an inspirational tune of their own. Perhaps they'll need an entire playlist.

A few suggestions:

* "Why Can't We Be Friends" by War (as covered by Smash Mouth)

* "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga

* "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor
