Billy Currington & Carrie Underwood's Dogs Didn't 'Ace' First Meeting
Billy Currington has been on the road with Carrie Underwood this fall, and it has been a pretty quiet and non-eventful tour without any crazy antics so far. What hasn't been quiet on the tour is Carrie's rat terrier, Ace. The two country artists are carrying along their four-legged companions on the road, and Billy reports the first meeting between Ace and his four-year-old chocolate Lab, Paco, was less than successful.
"They met [laughs]. It didn't go too good," Billy laughingly tells The Boot. "It was a two-second meeting. She was actually holding her dog, and it was yapping, and Paco was just kind of looking at it like, 'Whoa! What's wrong here?' So, they never got a meeting on the ground together, but they eventually will ... maybe."
Other than the meeting of the dogs, there really haven't been many stories from the road, however, that could change if Billy has his way. "It's so new," Billy says. "Her tour is pretty quiet, pretty calm. It's not like a Brad Paisley tour where people are playing pranks all the time, or a Kenny Chesney tour where it's crazy everywhere. So, I don't know if anything will happen. That's yet to see. We may have to create something. [laughs]"

A small request
The Ace Underwood Fan Club is growing, but our costs are rising, too. If you can help with a small donation to go towards maintaining The Ace Underwood Fan Club, that would be great. We know times are tough, but any amount (even $1) would be appreciated. Woof! (Thank you).

Ace Underwood Wore a Pink Tux to Carrie's Wedding
Here's the photo you've been waiting for...
From Peoplepets.com...

Months before Carrie Underwood's Southern wedding to hockey player Mike Fisher, the country superstar had indicated her pooch Ace was going to play an important part in the ceremony.
"He'll be one of the ring bearers — he's like my kid," she said in March. "Ace is such a big part of my life."
And Underwood made good on her promise last week when she and Fisher tied the knot at Georgia's Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation. As the newlyweds stood under a big white tent, 4-year-old Ace was there watching, dressed up in a custom, powder pink tuxedo, and wearing a custom white gold and diamond "A" designed by the jeweler Johnathon Arndt.
Ace's tuxedo, which was pink to match all the iterations of pink that were used throughout the reception, was worn with a sparkle-encrusted pink bow tie. "Mike was like, 'He's in pink! What are you doing?'" Underwood tells PEOPLE. "But he looked so handsome."
Her wedding planner, Jayne Bubis, agrees: "Ace was the best-looking dog ever."
As a member of the wedding party, Ace got to walk down the aisle with the human ring bearer, Underwood's nephew, and the flower girl, who got to hold Ace's leash.
"He needed a little bit of coaxing along the way, but he did great," Fisher says. "It was cute — it was a cool moment. Everybody really loved it."
When asked in March whether Ace would get to carry the ring, Fisher thought he probably wouldn't.
"I don't know if I'll put the ring on him," she said. "I don't know if he'll run away with it or eat it or something!"
There was no ring-eating on the big day, so all in all, we'd say Ace's performance was a big success!
